A lot of things are going on in our system changer network in Kenya where eight NGOs are connected and exchange skills:
At the school in our MMH Solasa campus we celebrate the day of African Child in Uasin Gishu county in Eldoret.
At the Core Health and Wealth NGO in Bungoma County the first👆🏾👆🏾products of bee farmers who attended our bee trainings both physically and online are ready to sell:

At the same time CHW partners with Boehringer Ingelheim to train Entrepreneurs while providing a platform where farmers at the poverty line can access affordable loans easily to either start up or expand their businesses. The initiative includes assigning highly trained business coaches to every entrepreneur to walk the journey with them.

A few days back – the Positive Exposure NGO close to Nairobi – our partner Jane Waithera published a very important work on Human rights highlighting the importance of including people with albinism.
”Thank you very much Comrades in the changemaking space of SCN. Today, my work has been published by the Kenya National commission for Human Rights. We keep leaving footprints and making it better for generations to come,” Jane explains.
This is indeed a big step!

In parallel also at our GAASPP NGO in Webuye, Bungoma County the awareness day for people with albinism was a full success and created also some journalistic interest. Through the network of partners the voices raised for people with albinism are getting much more attention…

The engagement of learning, sharing and networking is paying off – on all levels.
It creates more knowledge, encourages everyone in the communities to be part of it and to find the “own” space of becoming more successful – at many different levels. There is also a lot of positive energy and joy!

“During our monthly women meet day some women who know how to cook chapatis were teaching others how to prepare them step by step. The women were so incited because they had an opportunity to practice what they’d been taught and shared the end product together,” adds Vera who is leading the women and family activities at Core Health and Wealth.
