What started years ago with a few idea exchanges on social entrepreneurial engagement and a couple of small joint projects has now grown into something truly powerful. 🌱

Today, over 30 volunteers from Ireland are on the ground in Webuye and Tongaren, having raised more than €100,000 to support our work with GAASPP Kenya and Core Health & Wealth International (CHW). Together, they are:
🏫 Renovating and repairing 15 schools
👩‍👧 Building a Teenage Mothers’ Centre alongside local workers
Engaging with communities while learning, listening, teaching and building together a step toward a better future.

At the System Changer Network (SCN) Kenya, we believe that innovation and partnership start with people — with open-minded individuals who see opportunities in collaboration and have the courage to act. That’s where systemic change begins.
