Changing How We Support Those Who Need It Most

In times of growing uncertainty, real impact isn’t created by isolated projects—it’s built through shared knowledge, trusted relationships, and structured collaboration.
That’s the strength of our System Changer Networks (SCN) in Kenya and India: intentional, values-driven networks of grassroots NGOs working together for holistic and lasting change. Through national and intercontinental exchange, SCN members learn from each other, co-create solutions, and strengthen their communities.
This week showed how powerful that can be:
🌾 Our SCN partner Solasa (Eldoret) was facing poultry farming challenges. Instead of pausing or waiting for new funding, they reached out to Wa-Wa Kenya (Homabay)—another SCN member. What followed was a vibrant, peer-to-peer exchange full of practical insight into poultry and agribusiness.
👉 No extra funding. No outside consultants. Just local wisdom, shared in trust, applied immediately.
Structured collaboration isn’t just a method—it’s a smarter, faster way to create impact, especially when politics shift overnight and communities can’t wait.
It strengthens NGOs, creates better outcomes for donors, and empowers vulnerable communities with relevant, locally-driven solutions.
💬 So, to businesses and funders:
What responsibility do we share in supporting strong networks—not just standalone projects?
How can we invest in collaborative systems that deliver deeper, more sustainable impact?
At SCN, we build systems of trust, exchange, and measurable collaboration.
If you’re ready to partner for greater impact—for the communities, the changemakers, and your mission—we’d love to connect.
