It is so amazing to see the progress! Here more information of one of our centers, GAASPP:

We started very small in 2020 under the umbrella of Making More Health / Boehringer Ingelheim to build up this center. And we started the black soldier. Fly breeding with the support of the Ashoka fellow Tobi Adegbite … this center led by our local Core NGO partner gaaspp kenya has a huge impact on vulnerable communities – in health & hygiene, income generation and care not just for people with albinism, but for the whole region!

The guesthouse close by is another part to make our #NGO partner financially independent.
We look for more companies who want to bring in other basic solutions to develop the communities. Making more health happen means to create the basis that allows people at the poverty line to grow and to mange themselves – in health, but in many other areas such as energy, mobility, income generation and education…that make health possible and sustainable. Are you interested to co- create?
As Chrisantus Ongulo, leader of Gaaspp shares:

“Gaaspp today being graced by Bungoma County CECM Dr. Kibunguchi . A poultry Sacco was formed with coverage of the entire county, Gaaspp taken to be best as the model farm for this county following our best practices in the region and the added Black soldier fly breeding facility. #KOICA ( Korea International Cooperation Agency) was present having played a big part in this. In attendance was Agrichemical companies and Kenchic, the biggest poultry value chain company in Kenya. Farmers also graduated from the program administered by KOICA on best practices. This marks an important step in the impact we have been making within the region that we serve.”
