The first “fruits” by the system changer network Kenya

Today, let me just share what one or better two of our 11 partners within the system changer network reported:

Our two partners of the SCNKenya run together a fourteen days workshop in Webuye

“BITE OF CHANGE”
MUKURU ANGAZA FILM ACADEMY recently concluded a two week intensive training on #mentorship, #Leadership, #Communication and #SocialChange in #WEBUYE, BUNGOMA.

The training which was in partnership with Golden Age Albino Support Program (GAASPP) organization saw about 50 participants trained, empowered and transformed. They identified various problems in their community and together developed solutions to address them. They received their certificates in front of their area leaders and community members, who congratulated them and appreciated the challenge they gave their leaders.

The leaders, guests and community members tasted various #BiteForChange that represented the problems and solutions from five groups. They also got entertained through various dramas that portrayed the actual situations in their communities.

We appreciate the GAASPP leader Chrisantus Ongulo for the chance to serve his amazing community which comprises Golden Aged, people with Albinism and youths.

A special thanks also to Making More Health through their global lead Manuela Pastore for supporting such initiates that are geared towards MAKING MORE HEALTH to our Kenyan communities.

We look forward to reaching out to as many communities both locally, East Africa, Africa and the global as we use this model of training and awaken the potential of all of us and taste this wonderful #BiteForChange.”
